Olive Oil, Chianina breeding and many other traditions are carried out at Acerona's Farm...

The farm belongs to the Bologna family since the eighteenth century. Surrounding the recently renovated farmhouses, the agricultural activities come to life, so that olive groves, vineyards, pastures, cultivated fields and woods are being well taken care of.

The farm's main activities are breeding of the Chianina cows, a local cattle breed known for the famous Fiorentina steak and extra-vergine olive oil production, certified as "DOP Terre di Siena".
