By car

From North travel along the A1 Motorway and take the exit for Chiusi-Chianciano Terme:

1st routedistance 35 km, duration 45 minutes. After leaving the Motorway turn right in the direction of Chiusi along the SS146. At the roundabout take the second exit on the right and continue for about 3 km. At the first traffic lights bear right into the Via Cassia Aurelia Prima, SS146. Go through the second traffic lights and at the next roundabout keep to the right and continue along Via Oslavia ; after about 850 metres turn right into Via Giuseppe Mazzini, SS321. After about 1.6 km turn left into Via Fondovalle, SP 49 and continue along the SP49 until the roundabout. Take the second exit on the right and continue along the SP308 for about 5.4 km. When you arrive at the junction turn right and stay on the SP308 for about 6 km until you arrive at Piazze. At the junction keep to the left and continue along the SS321 for about 6 km, turn left at the next fork and you will arrive at San Casciano dei Bagni.

2nd route: distance 35 km, duration about 45 minuntes. After leaving the Motorway turn right in the direction of Chiusi and follow the SS146 for about 2 km. At the roundabout take the first right into the SP20 and continue for about 4km.At the junction turn left in the Direction of San Casciano dei Bagni, pass the first roundabout and, at the second roundabout, take the first right and continue along the SP308 for about 5,4 km. When you arrive at the junction turn right and stay on the SP308 for about 6 km until you arrive at Piazze. At the junction turn left and continue along the SS321 for about 6 km, turn left at the fork and you will arrive at San Casciano dei Bagni.

3rd route: distance 30km, duration 40 minutes. Not recommended during winter. After leaving the Motorway turn left and follow the signs for Sarteano continuing along the SS478 for about 6 km. When you arrive at Sarteano, at the roundabout take the second right and, after about 500 m, turn left and at the next junction, about 750 m, turn again to the left and follow the SP 89 in the direction of San Casciano dei Bagni for about 15 km. At the junction with the SS321 turn left and after about 200m turn right and you will arrive in San Casciano dei Bagni.

From South take the A1 Motorway and exit at Fabro's sign

Route: distance about 23km, duration about 35 minutes. After leaving the Motorway turn left in the direction of Fabro and turn into the SP106. After about 1km,at the junction, turn left into the SP54 in the direction of San Casciano dei Bagni. Continue along the SP54 for about 5 km.When you arrive at the junction turn right and stay on the SP 308 for about 6 km until you arrive at Piazze. At the junction turn left and continue along the SS321 for about 6km, turn left at the next fork and you will arrive in San Casciano dei Bagni.
