Poderuccio Country House is a traditional Tuscan farmer house in stone, completely renovated by keeping the same old structure and furnished in a warm welcoming style.

It has 2 apartments, one each floor, that could be comfortably used joint (by interior stairs) or simply separated.

The ground floor apartment has a well furnished kitchen with direct access to the exterior patio, a living room with fire place and a dining room. The patio, directly communicating with living room and kitchen, let you comfortably enjoy a dinner with the magnificent view over the Tuscan hills.
Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one twin and one double) and a third restroom complete the ground floor that can host up to 6 people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment on the first floor has a small living room with fireplace, kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom together with one double and one twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom on the hallway.

From the comfortable swimming pool (5x12mt) you can enjoy the view over the vineyard and the town of Palazzone.
